If you want to request deletion of your Kivalta Mobile account data, please contact Kivalta support.

How to request deletion

Send your deletion request by email to: support@kivalta.fi

Please include enough information for us to identify your account, such as:

• your name
• your company name
• your username or email address associated with the service

What will be deleted

When a valid deletion request is processed, Kivalta will delete or anonymize account-related personal data associated with Kivalta Mobile, unless retention is required for legal, regulatory, security, or contractual reasons.

What may be retained

Some information may be retained where required by law, regulation, fraud prevention, security logging, or legitimate business obligations.

Processing time

Deletion requests are handled within a reasonable period after identity and request details have been verified.
